What does the membership fee cover?
The membership fee covers access to exclusive benefits for the full year depending on your membership type, and can include advocacy, industry insights, networking, and marketing support. You also gain access to the Tourism Toolbox, which offers marketing resources, templates, and tools to help promote your business. Membership is valid for one year when you sign up via direct debit. Otherwise, our team will discuss the membership period when they speak with you about your membership.
What type of businesses can join the Tourism Council WA membership?
Tourism Council WA welcomes membership from all businesses involved in Western Australia's tourism industry. This includes, but is not limited to, accommodation providers, tour operators, attractions, event organizers, transport services, hospitality businesses, travel agents, and industry suppliers. Whether you're a small local operator or a large organization, if your business contributes to the tourism sector, you can benefit from membership.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Your Tourism Council WA is valid for one year when you sign up via direct debit. Depending on when you sign up otherwise, your membership will be valid for the remainder of the calendar year.
Will I get instant access to benefits after making payment?
When paying online, you will have immediate access to your membership benefits. Our team will be in touch to explain how you can take advantage of all your included membership benefits.
What events can I attend or receive discounts for as a member?
As a Tourism Council WA member, you will receive at least a 50 per cent discount on all in person workshop and events, including the annual WA Tourism Conference and WA Tourism Awards Gala Dinner. You will also get complimentary access to all webinars, covering topics relevant to your business.
