The WA Tourism Conference has been a gathering for tourism industry representatives from throughout Western Australia in its current format since 2015. The conference brings together delegates from all areas of the tourism sector, including tourism operations; national, state and local government leaders; industry leaders in marketing, events, attractions, aviation and accommodation; and tourism researchers, academics and students.
The event is jointly presented by Tourism Council WA, Visitor Centres WA, Caravan & Camping WA, WAITOC and FACET, and is supported by Tourism Western Australia and the Shire of Carnarvon.
The 2026 conference will be held on May 25 – 27 in Carnarvon and will provide delegates with unrivalled opportunities for professional and business development, networking and engagement with industry colleagues, and the chance to hear from industry-leading speakers on critical industry issues and innovative ideas.
