Registration & Packages

To make planning your trip to the WA Tourism Conference in Carnarvon as easy as possible, we have created a range of registration packages in partnership with the Shire of Carnarvon.

These packages cater for delegates who are driving to Carnarvon, flying on regular Rex Airlines services, or joining a special charter flight ex-Perth with Nexus Airlines on Monday 25 May.

Our aim is to make the process simple by allowing delegates to purchase accommodation, travel and conference registrations in one central location.

Book a conference package, including flights, accommodation and your conference ticket, to receive a $100 discount on the conference ticket.

There are limited seats available on the charter flight, plus limited accommodation available in Carnarvon, so delegates are encouraged to book as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Members of partner organisations, including Tourism Council WA, Visitor Centres WA, Caravan & Camping WA, WAITOC, FACET and Australia’s Coral Coast receive a 50% discount on conference tickets.

All tickets include all conference sessions, optional Monday activities (workshops and tour options available), networking function at Quobba Station, conference dinner at a secret location, Carnarvon famil and conference closing party Jetty to the Stars with Perth Symphony Orchestra.

Costs of flights and accommodation are in addition to the conference ticket price.

Booking conditions

By registering for this event, you agree to the following booking conditions.
For the member rate, delegate must be a current employee of a current financial member of TCWA, Caravan & Camping WA, VCWA, WAITOC, Australia's Coral Coast or was a financial member of FACET before 30 November 2025.
Prices are inclusive of GST. Payment can be made via credit card at time of registration or via invoice. Payment must be received prior to the event to confirm registration.
You agree for your information to be shared with event partners at the discretion of TCWA.
Cancellation Policy: If minimum numbers are not met, you will receive notification of the cancelled event/activity and your payment will be reimbursed. Any cancellations made within 7 working days of the scheduled event will not be refunded, transferred or credited, however name changes will be accepted. Cancellations or name changes must be made in writing.
