Member Webinar - STRA Act and RTOs, LGAs, LTAs, VCs and marketing bodies

Tourism Council WA will hold a special webinar to provide advice on the application of the Short Term Rental Accommodation Act 2024 to organisations that list accommodation e.g. websites, brochure racks, holiday planners, etc. This includes Local Governments, Visitor Centres, Regional Tourism Organisations, Local Tourism Associations and any listing of accommodation that may include accommodation subject to STRA registration. The webinar will include:
-    Definition of "Advertising Publications"
-    Legal obligations for "Advertising Publications"
-    Accommodation subject to STRA registration
-    Timetable, implementation and enforcement
-    Practical steps and managing risks

By registering for this event, you agree to the following booking conditions.
Only employees of current financial members of TCWA are eligible for the Member Rate. Prices are inclusive of GST.
Payment for the order must be completed using PayPal/credit card at the time of registration. Government Departments requiring an invoice can contact Tourism Council WA (TCWA) to arrange.
You agree for your information to be shared with event partners at the discretion of TCWA.
Cancellation Policy: If minimum numbers are not met, you will receive notification of the cancelled event/activity and your payment will be reimbursed. Any cancellations made within 4 working days of the scheduled course will not be refunded, transferred or credited, however name changes will be accepted. Cancellations or name changes must be made in writing. Payment must be received prior to the event to confirm registration.
