Booking conditions

By registering for this event, you agree to the following booking conditions.
Only employees of current financial members of TCWA are eligible for the Member Rate. Prices are inclusive of GST.
Payment for the order must be completed using PayPal/credit card at the time of registration. Government Departments requiring an invoice can contact Tourism Council WA (TCWA) to arrange.
You agree for your information to be shared with event partners at the discretion of TCWA.
Cancellation Policy: If minimum numbers are not met, you will receive notification of the cancelled event/activity and your payment will be reimbursed. Any cancellations made within 4 working days of the scheduled course will not be refunded, transferred or credited, however name changes will be accepted. Cancellations or name changes must be made in writing. Payment must be received prior to the event to confirm registration.
Tourism Council WA will not accept a registration for any person that is not fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or does not commit to such requirement. Where a person makes a booking and is then unable to meet the requirement, the customer shall be barred from the premises, event or service and Tourism Council WA’s cancellation policy shall apply.
