Cancellation Policy (Sample)

When your tourism business took the booking from a customer, both parties entered into a contract. Customers may need to subsequently cancel due to ill health, change of plans etc.  Your tourism business may need to cancel for reasons such as a bushfire, a weather event or another business interruption event. Your Cancellation Policy spells out what happens if either party cancel.
