Purpose
Tour pricing is generally based on adding up all the costs and then adding a margin. Those costs are in part, directly related to the tour i.e., tour guides, food, fuel for the vehicle (Cost of Goods Sold) and in part, other administrative expenses i.e. office rental, stationery. This calculator can be used to calculate the cost of providing each tour. Your Accountant may separate Cost of Goods Sold from Other Expenses or list them all together.
