Probation Review - Final (Template)

Purpose

Generally new employees are hired with a three-month probation period, which allows for both parties to see if the job is a good fit for the new employee. A probation review meeting generally takes place at the end of a probationary period to discuss any issues, concerns or training needs and whether overall both parties are in agreement to extend the contract of employment.
