Purpose
Problems can arise in the workplace, sometimes from the behaviour of others or decisions of management. A Grievance Handling Policy outlines the procedures you should follow to try to resolve a grievance and also outlines the steps your tourism business will take to resolve the grievance if an employee makes a formal complaint.
