The latest TCWA Tourism Business Activity Survey for the December quarter found tourism businesses experienced a 21 per cent increase in net business activity compared with December quarter 2024.
Room rates, tour and other service prices of tourism businesses significantly increased in the December 2025 quarter.
Business activity, rates, forward bookings and confidence varied significantly depending on region, market, and business sector.
