Purpose
The Camps Booking Form is a particularly useful form to use for groups that are booking camp accommodation. The form is used to record the group size including the number of adults and children, length of stay, the type of accommodation, whether the group is self-catered and the payment terms. It also sets out the general conditions for hiring the facilities.
