There are a number of risks associated with handling chemicals. Hazardous chemicals need to be stored correctly and handled safely. One of the first steps to chemical handling workplace safety is to identify the chemical, how it is to be used, stored, which employees have the training to handle the chemical and how it is to be disposed and where. The template is a useful way to record this information.
