What's Included in the Awards Advantage Suite?

The Awards Advantage Suite is your all-access pass to everything you need as an entrant. Revamped and expanded for 2026, it brings together expert guidance, practical resources, and hands-on support from the moment you nominate through to the announcement of winners. All inclusions are free for nominated entrants.

Entrants receive exclusive access to the Awards Entrants Hub - a dedicated online resource bringing together all your Advantage Suite inclusions, plus additional tools, guides and important links to support you throughout the awards cycle.

Your category-specific companion to the submission process. The Entrant Guide breaks down every question and sub-question in your category, with practical suggestions on what to include in each answer. It is your go-to reference from the moment you start writing. Provided to nominated entrants via the Awards Entrant Hub once available.

Before you lodge your final submission, an experienced former judge will review your draft and provide detailed feedback on areas to strengthen. It is your chance to fine-tune your entry before it counts. Conditions apply - draft submissions must be in final format and meet word and image requirements. Due by 5pm, 7 July 2026.

A regular newsletter delivered directly to your inbox throughout the awards cycle, packed with hints, tips and timely reminders to keep your submission on track. Automatically delivered to all nominated entrants.

TCWA members can request complimentary visitor statistics reports covering visitor numbers and demographics relevant to their region or product type - giving you real data to back up the claims in your submission. To request a report, send us an email.

No question is too big or too small. The TCWA Awards team is available throughout the entire nominations and submission period to answer your questions and point you in the right direction. Send us an email or call (08) 9416 0700.

Meeting your category's accreditation requirements is an important part of the entry process - and TCWA's Membership Team is here to make it as straightforward as possible. If you need to meet your requirements before submitting, we will be in touch to guide you through it.

Every entrant receives written feedback from the judging panel after the awards - win or not. Non-finalists are also offered a one-on-one conversation with a judge to talk through the feedback in detail and plan next steps.

A free series of online sessions covering the awards process, submission writing, using data and evidence, and a Q&A panel with judges and past winners. All sessions are recorded and available on demand via the Tourism Toolbox. Visit the event page to sign up for upcoming webinars.
